The 2007 capital program has long since been completed and plans have moved forward for the 2008 production season. The 2007 season saw great progress with over 200,000 ties and 130 miles of rail being installed across the two properties and the 2008 season is projected to be another big year for tie and rail projects.
A summary of the major accomplishments of 2007 will be below and then, on subsequent pages we will list schedule projects for 2008.

¨ Surfacing crews on the two
properties unloaded more than 100,000 tons of ballast and surfaced well over
900 miles of track in the 2007 season.
This was accomplished with 8 Company crews and 2 contracting crew to
assist late in the year.

bridge projects worth noting that were completed in 2007, not the least of
which was bridge# 1845 near MP 610 on the PRC sub and bridge #H-308 near MP 150
